Front Desk Associate
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Associates for a local resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience during their stay. Pay is $17/HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
- Provide information and assistance with in-house guest activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Keep snacks stocked for guests.
- Regularly restock front desk supply cabinets.
- Conduct simple night audit tasks, including running reports and scanning documents to corporate at the end of the evening.
Shift:
Saturday- Wednesday10am-7pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for running reports and scanning.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
