HR Coordinator
Job Description
We have a Temp to Hire HR coordinator opportunity with our Pittsfield client. We're seeking a detail oriented, organized individual with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This position supports multiple company divisions in the hiring of a variety of different positions.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Handle and track the new hire paperwork and processes
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate training sessions
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- 1 years of experience as an HR coordinator or similar administrative role
- Solid working MS Office knowledge and the ability to adapt to new softwares
- Ability to successfully pass a Criminal Background check and Drug Screen
