Machine Operator
Job Description
Ready to start your next career move? We’re hiring several Machine Operators right now for our client in Lee. No experience needed – full training provided! These are Temp-to-Hire opportunities with steady schedules and a built-in three-day weekend every week.
Pay: Starts at $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (every weekend is a 3-day weekend!)
What You’ll Do:

Learn to run production machinery and related equipment safely

Inspect materials and finished products for quality

Accurately complete paperwork and follow work orders

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with your team and look for ways to improve production
What We’re Looking For:

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Basic math and computer skills

Comfortable reading and completing forms in English

A positive, safety-first mindset
