PCA Program Director
Job Description
Essential Functions: Work closely with state officials, agency leadership, and PCM staff to ensure quality services are provided in compliance with contractual obligations; complete required reports on time; create and implement systems and procedures for programmatic operations; facilitation of internal communication; staff training, mediation, and progressive supervision.
This position is full-time exempt (salaried) position 40 hours (1 hour paid lunch daily) and 75% of work takes place in the Pittsfield office or in the community. This position requires travel with personal vehicle, home visits (ascending/descending stairs), electronic and written documentation, and ability to understand MassHealth rules and regulations. Primary working hours are 9am-5pm M-F.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, healthcare, psychology, or a related field with seven years’ experience working in the human service field preferably with people with disabilities. Five years of supervisory/management experience is required. Master’s degree preferred. An appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered.     Â
Salary $60,000- $65,000
