Job Description

Seeking a Full Time Site Superintendent to maintain property in Lee. The Site Superintendent manages the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of rental units and common areas.  Pay range is $22-28/HR, and will be based on the skill level of the individual candidates. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow policies and procedures; use Resman for work orders and reporting.
  • Maintain emergency procedures and update the Emergency Binder.
  • Perform weekly/monthly reports, inspections, and apartment turnovers.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including trash removal and landscaping.
  • Conduct daily exterior inspections for safety and cleanliness.
  • Manage snow removal and assist with resident inquiries and move-ins/outs.
  • Purchase supplies as directed and oversee contractor/vendor presence.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Independent thinker with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and mission-driven attitude.
  • Dependable with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to perform physical labor; basic computer skills required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and prolonged standing/walking.
  • Adaptability to various indoor and outdoor environments.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED; lived experience preferred.
