Systems and Compliance Coordinator
Job Description
Job Functions Include:Â
- Data entry, billing and collection of receivables (Medical reimbursement experience a big help)Â
- Verifying eligibility for consumers and ensuring accuracy in reporting of services received
- Serve as Contract Manager of Independent Living contracts, support development and upkeep of systems and processes that ensure compliance with contractual obligations and data integrity
- Data entry in QuickBooks for maintenance and processing of consumer fundsÂ
- Maintaining of inter-office phone system including auto attendant, online portal, user set up and troubleshooting
- On-going maintenance of agency computer system including identification of needs and coordination with IT and communication providers
- Work collaboratively with Finance and Business Office Manager and Executive Director to maintain internal systems, comply with agency Accounting Policies and Procedures including segregation of duties, and develop processes to maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support staff training and onboarding for internal systems, including phones, computers, laptops, EHR and other databases.
- Support for payroll process including compiling initial report and timesheet verification
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Finance and Business Office Manager or Executive Director
