Job Description

Seeking a full time Accounting Clerk for a client in Stockbridge. This is a temporary project, helping to get caught up on a backlog of invoices, payments and entries. Hours are flexible between 7am and 5pm. Pay to $25/HR with right experience. 

Responsibilities include:
  • All A/P functions
  • Preparing deposits
  • Able to train on proprietary accounting software 
  • G/L account reconciliation
  • Preparing journal entries
Requirements:
  • One year of previous Accounting/Bookkeeping experience 
  • Detailed and accurate data entry ability
  • Experience with all MS Office programs
  • Previous experience with accounting software
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of team
