Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's finance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a steady weekday schedule and wants to make an impact in a mission-driven organization. This position is with a large non-profit organization in Pittsfield.Â
What You’ll Do:

Process and code invoices in Intacct
-
Maintain accurate AP records and support audits
-
Run weekly AP reports and issue timely payments
-
Reconcile AP to the General Ledger and Balance Sheet

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
-
Order and track office, breakroom, and PPE supplies
-
Oversee gift card distribution and backup payee duties
-
Support office operations including postage and mail
What We’re Looking For:
-
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
-
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial systems
-
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication with vendors and internal teams
