Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Looking for a full time Administrative Support Specialist for a busy local resource agency located in Pittsfield.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â

Will work between two departments providing support to both teams Â
-
Will act as a first point of contact for all inquiries and existing clients Â
-
Answers phones for both departments, screens and triages calls Â
-
Assist with billing to clients, state, and federal agencies Â
-
Manage client database, update all demographic informationÂ
-
Manage general voicemail and email inbox for both departmentsÂ
-
Participate in team meetings and exercises to ensure goals are met daily, weekly and monthlyÂ
Requirements:Â

Previous Administrative/Office experience requiredÂ
-
Excellent customer service skills a must Â
-
Ability to be flexible and change pace at a moment’s notice Â
-
Previous billing experience a plus Â
-
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office programs Â

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Â
