Business Office Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll
- Manage all HR and onboarding documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance
- Coordinate employee events and staff communications
- Handle phones, email inboxes, mail, and provide front desk coverage
- Maintain office organization with filing, scheduling, and general admin tasks
- Oversee daily business office operations
- 3+ years of office experience (healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Point Click Care
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and stay detail-focused
