- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office Products and Allegra. Demonstrated ability to prioritize numerous tasks and demands. Excellent interpersonal skills good writing skills as related to minutes. Excellent Clerical and Organizational Skills including typing, data entry
- High school diploma or GED
- Business or Secretarial training/experience REQUIRED
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, radios
- Must be able to work with many crews and contractors
