Job Description
Seeking Full Time Customer Service person for client in Lenox. The Customer Service Rep will serve as the liaison between the client and production leaders by performing the following duties (among other clerical tasks):
- Quoting
- Acknowledging orders
- Communicating order status, delays, completion, etc.
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Working to resolve customer concerns and order issues
Customer Service Rep must be comfortable communicating efficiently with customer and production/repair personnel, both written and spoken. Must be able to work independently to manage incoming customer projects.
This is an onsite, full time, 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in daily hours.
