Job Description
We're seeking an experienced temporary Executive Assistant to support to the top administration for a private school. The Executive Assistant manages correspondence and schedule for the Head of School and ensures communication and collaboration between various administrative offices. The Assistant must act with utmost discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail to ensure the successful achievement of the School’s mission and goals.

- Serve as assistant to the Head of School, supporting all administrative functions of the Head’s office as well as professional needs of the Head
- Monitor, respond to, and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Head’s office
- Manage the calendar for the Head of School, prioritizing the important and the urgent, and with utmost clarity and flexibility
- Compile data and draft reports, documents, and presentations for the Head of School’s use
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Head of School, and for visitors, at the Head’s request
- Maintain records for the Head’s office in compliance with best practices and strategic goals
- Maintain confidentiality with unquestionable integrity regarding highly sensitive issues
