Production Technician (Temporary – Potential for Hire)
Location: Dalton, MA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Indefinite Temporary (Temp-to-Hire Potential)
Pay: $19/HR to start
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Technician to join our client’s team in Dalton. This role supports the production process from start to finish, including product preparation, autoclave processing, and shipment readiness.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, team-oriented work and is looking to get their foot in the door with a growing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the lay-up and preparation of materials for autoclave processing
- Pick, organize, and assemble materials for production
- Load and unload product into and out of autoclave equipment
- Prepare finished product for shipment
- Support production flow by working at various workstations as needed
- Handle and stock inventory in appropriate areas
- Assist with quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support team members and step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet throughout the shift
- Team player with a flexible, “jump in where needed” attitude
- Prior production or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
Additional Details:
- Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and business needs
- Full-time, 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts
