Building and Grounds Laborer
Job Description
Buildings & Grounds LaborerÂ
Williamstown, MA
Pay: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime available)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and custodial work
- Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
- Operate tools and equipment (mowers, loaders, hand tools, etc.)
- Support building and grounds upkeep, including seasonal work (snow removal, landscaping)
- Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and facility repairs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid MA driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, climbing, outdoor work)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
