$20–$22 per hour
Monday–Friday | Full-Time
4-Month Temporary Assignment with Potential for Permanent Hire
MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper / Maintenance Worker for a client in Stockbridge, MA.
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and attractive property, this could be a great opportunity. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and the chance to develop additional maintenance skills while working as part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing and grounds maintenance
- Weed whacking, hedge trimming, and brush removal
- Emptying trash and cleaning restrooms
- General custodial and maintenance duties
- Assisting with property upkeep and special projects
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
