Housing Stabilization Mentor
Job Description
Are you passionate about helping individuals and families achieve housing stability and long-term success? We’re looking for a full-time Housing Stabilization Mentor to support participants in reaching their goals and overcoming barriers related to housing, employment, and education. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire role with a starting salary of $41,600.
What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to households in stabilization programs

Help participants create and follow plans for self-sufficiency

Conduct regular check-ins, goal tracking, and income reviews

Coordinate with community resources and service providers

Maintain accurate case notes and program records

Assist with housing intake and referrals as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and time management skills
-
Compassionate and able to work with diverse and at-risk populations

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Prior case management or social service experience is a plus
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
-
Experience working in housing, human services, or a related field is helpful
