Inside Sales Rep
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Medical Training Models, including their features, applications, and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Seek and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Opportunity Management: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio as well as opportunity for new product development.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiation and Closing:Â Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Additional Experience: Medical Device Industry experience a plus, though not required. Understanding medical terminology and functions is helpful; though not required. Basic prior use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
