Key Government Sales Representative (Inside Sales) Responsibilities:
• Creating new & updating existing customer, company, and opportunity records in CRM system (ACT)
• Creating new and updated Quotations in business / ERP software
• Support the sales team in creating and compiling technical documents for RFQ / Bid submissions
• Support the sales team in providing documents, images, descriptions, etc. of vehicles and options to address customer inquiries
• Support the marketing team in uploading and organized leads from Trade Shows
• Participate in 3 – 5 trade shows annually
• Support Factory Tours and Product Demonstrations, as necessary
• Some direct communication with customers, domestic and international, may be required
