Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pittsfield, MA
$19.75/hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Join a leading local manufacturer offering hands-on production work, great stability, and room to grow!
We’re seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our 2nd shift team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing quality products, and values teamwork.
What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor injection molding presses and related equipment.

Review work instructions and communicate with previous shift operators.

Inspect, assemble, and package parts according to quality standards.

Perform secondary operations such as trimming, degating, and labeling.

Maintain production records, complete required paperwork, and follow ISO procedures.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Notify supervisors of any quality or equipment issues.

Assist with material handling, box building, and housekeeping during downtime.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing experience a plus!

Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Basic math and recordkeeping skills.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Good communication skills and dependable attendance.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Comfortable with repetitive motions and working around machinery.

Must be available for overtime as needed.
