Job Description

Our Pittsfield client is seeking Material Handlers for Multiple Shifts | $18–$20.50/hr + Benefits. These are full time, temp to hire positions that start immediately! 

Location: Pittsfield, MA (easy commute from Lee, Westfield, Troy & Albany)

Pay:

  • $18–$19/hr – Day Shift

  • $18.75–$19.75/hr – 2nd Shift (includes differential)

  • $19.50–$20.50/hr – 3rd Shift (includes differential)

  • Overtime available & extra pay with our Compensation Tier Program!

Shifts:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm (Mon–Fri)

  • 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Mon–Fri)

  • 11:00pm – 7:00am (Mon–Fri, ends Sat AM)
     Must be able to train on day shift.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate forklifts to load/unload materials

  • Receive and verify deliveries, check counts & inspect items

  • Record inventory details accurately

  • Move materials to production areas to keep work flowing

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years’ warehouse or material handling experience

  • Forklift experience (required)

  • Strong communication & basic computer skills

  • SAP or clamp truck experience (a plus, not required)
