Job Description

Our client seeks a Mortgage Processor to work under the general supervision of the Mortgage Closing Supervisor. In this role, you would perform a variety of real estate processing, closing and servicing duties for their members.
Key Job Requirements:
  • Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the members served by the Credit Union while performing all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and Credit Union policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating mortgage and home equity loan closing functions including scheduling, documentation preparation and funding
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal and state mortgage regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide cross-team support through effective communication and collaboration fostering a cohesive work environment.
Related Responsibilities:
  • Promotes the Credit Union wherever and whenever possible. Encouraged to actively represent the Credit Union in local civic, community and professional organizations.
  • Must be flexible with regard to overtime and Saturday hours.

Position requirements:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • One to two plus years related experience preferred.
  • Must be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, motivated, and flexible.
  • Demonstrated customer service, analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to use various types of office software, spread sheet applications and PC proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
