Job Description
Order Processor (Temporary – 5 Months)
Lee, MA $20–$22/hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Leave of Absence Coverage- Starts April 6th
MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor for a 5-month temporary assignment in Lee, MA. This position supports daily operations for a family owned production dairy farm that wholesales milk and cheese products.
The role works closely with the office team to ensure accurate order processing from intake through end-of-day reconciliation.
Responsibilities:

Receive and enter daily wholesale product orders

Coordinate delivery routes

Ensure accurate processing and daily balancing

Apply customer payments and assist with basic Accounts Receivable tasks

Provide professional customer service
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and customer service abilities

Comfortable working in a farm environment
-
Proficient with standard office equipment and able to learn new software quickly

Prior administrative, order entry, or AR experience preferred
Supportive team environment.
$20–$22 per hour based on experience.
