Job Description
Pad Printer – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay: $21.00–$22.75/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
We’re hiring a Pad Printer to join our manufacturing team! You’ll set up and operate pad-printing machines, monitor production quality, and maintain process controls to meet customer standards. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, managing supplies, and supporting ISO 13485/9001 quality processes.
What You’ll Do:

Set up and run pad-printing equipment

Inspect parts for accuracy and adjust settings as needed

Maintain process logs and submit samples for approval

Keep production supplies stocked and work areas organized

Follow all safety and quality standards
What You’ll Need:

Manufacturing or pad-printing experience preferred

Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
