Quality Control Tech
Job Description
We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a quality control setting to join our Client in Great Barrington. This is an entry-level position, so if you have a high school diploma or GED and basic math and computer skills, we’d love to hear from you! Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are key to success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collect raw materials and in-process samples for testing and move them between buildings.
- Inspect materials visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Log test results in both physical logs and QC software.
- Work closely with other QC techs, machine operators, production supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- You'll need to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Overtime (including weekends and holidays) may be needed.
