Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Utility Worker to temporarily assist our client in the recycling process at their printing facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to move paper rolls to be stripped and recycled. This position requires a strong focus on safety and the ability to work independently after a brief training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely move paper rolls to designated areas for stripping and recycling.
  • Operate basic machinery and tools as needed to facilitate the recycling process.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or trade background is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight after training.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocols.
  • Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday (2-4 weeks duration)
