Residential Direct Care SupportÂ
Pittsfield, MA & North Adams, MA (North Adams is priority)
$19.09 – $21.59 per hour (Depending on shift)Â
We’re currently hiring Residential Direct Care Support Staff to join our recovery programs in Pittsfield and North Adams. These roles are available as temporary or temp-to-hire placements, with opportunities to transition into permanent employment and access an amazing benefits package once hired on!
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct support to residents working through substance use recovery.

Support daily living, routines, and program structure in a residential setting.

Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity to residents’ unique needs.

Monitor safety and well-being while fostering a supportive, respectful environment.
Schedules & Shifts:

Per-Diem, Part-Time, and Full-Time available
-
All shifts available – we’re flexible!

Standard shifts: 6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM, 10 PM – 6 AM
-
Alternate shifts may be possible (7–3, 3–11, etc.)

Pay Rates:
-
1st Shift: $19.09/hr
-
2nd Shift: $20.59/hr
-
3rd Shift: $21.59/hr
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar role is a plus.

Candidates with strong respect for confidentiality and the ability to work with individuals in recovery.

Compassion, patience, and professionalism are essential.
