Job Description

Great temporary project for someone looking for full time work for approximately a month. Our Stockbridge client is seeking a Scanning Clerk to come in and scan decades of paper files and file them electronically. This is a perfect job for someone who loves putting order to things and has great attention to detail. The Scanning Clerk will work Monday- Friday, during normal business hours. Some flexibility on hours. Pay to be between  $18-20/ HR, depending on experience level. 

Duties will include: 
  • Manually sorting file boxes and discerning what documents need to be scanned/kept or disposed of
  • Scanning documents and saving to appropriate electronic file
  • Keeping work space tidy and organized throughout project

Job Requirements

  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Proficient working in Windows operating system and MS Office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
