About the Company: Plastics Manufacturing company specializing in the the production of medical devices.
Job Description:
Looking for a full time Shipping & Receiving Associate for a local manufacturing company. . The Shipping & Receiving Associate will responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing products and materials for a busy plastics company in Pittsfield.
Key Responsibilities:

Review shipping orders and verify all incoming shipments match POs

Scan in inventory received from daily shipment, stock inventory in the appropriate bins
-
Process products for shipment, ensure all outgoing product is tracked in the inventory system

Assist with the scheduling of shipments, using vendors such as UPS, FedEx and USPS
-
Ensure that all outgoing shipments are scheduled on time, communicating any delays with Production and Project Managers
Requirements:

Previous Shipping & Receiving experience is a must

Strong computer skills and previous experience with ERP systems required

Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish company-wide goals

Must have an analytical mindset and pay attention to details
