Job Description

Are you a high-energy recruiting pro who thrives on building strong teams and making meaningful connections? A local Healthcare organization is looking for a motivated and people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in designing and implementing hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent across all levels—from management to exempt and non-exempt staff.

This is NOT a remote position. Work will be onsite in Pittsfield.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the talent acquisition process from planning to placement

  • Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver results

  • Create exceptional candidate experiences while maintaining high service standards

  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, empathy, and professionalism

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR setting with a focus on interviewing and decision-making

  • A passion for people and strong interpersonal instincts

  • Top-notch communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (preferred)

  • A Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience

  • Your own reliable transportation
