Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate for a hands-on, full-time opportunity in Lee! This Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM position offers a consistent schedule, a supportive team, and the chance to grow into a permanent role.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. If you have experience with loading/unloading, order picking, or preparing shipments—this could be the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy

Pack, box, palletize, and label outgoing shipments

Assist with stockroom organization and inventory

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Perform general warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Prior forklift certification preferred

Experience with order picking or shipping/receiving a plus

Able to lift up to 50Â lbs regularly

Comfortable with bending, lifting, and standing for most of the shift

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8AM – 5PM (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire)
Pay:
$21–$22/hour depending on experience
